Domains: HR Tech (Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, onboarding, Engagement, Compensation & Benefits etc.) 

  • Business Analyst would play an important role in positioning organisation as an expert in the assigned functional and domain area.
  • Business Analyst will own the internal knowledge sharing with delivery teams.
  • Conduct research and understand the details of the specified domain (mostly HR Tech )
  • Good to have LearnTech (LMS, LCMS, LXP, Training and management etc.) domain experience.
  • Experience  HR Tech domain, proposal and RFP experience
  • Perform market analysis and be up to date with latest trends upcoming in the domain segment
  • Collect and analyses business requirements from customers/prospects through meetings and discussions
  • Provide resolution to project teams for any domain related queries, share latest trends, news and knowledge with CoE and proposal teams
  • Participate in meeting with prospects and clients and understand their business need
  • Understand and analyse RFP's, help proposal team in creating proposal by defining the scope clearly
  • Showcase organisation's domain expertise in meeting through presentation and demo's
  • Good communication and presentations kills.
