Experience - 4 to 5 Years

Key Skills -

1. Good graphic design and basic visualisation skills
2. Hands on experience in working with tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise is essential.
3. Creation of eLearning courseware in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate
4. Video capture and editing in Camtasia.
5. Delivers course assets as per the process and quality standard set for the project
6. Understands Design and QA guidelines and is able to review deliverables against the guidelines
7. Takes ownership of the work
8. Display knowledge of tool and development ability to deliver assets/files in given timeframe
9. Is proactive towards automation to reduce efforts and meet timelines without hassle
10. Takes initiative to stay tuned with current trends of design in eLearning 
11. Adds new skills regularly by learning new tools or technologies in eLearning
