2. Understands Design and QA guidelines and is able to review deliverables against the guidelines
3. Takes ownership of the work
4. Display knowledge of tool and development ability to deliver assets/files in the given timeframe
5. Is proactive towards automation to reduce efforts and meet timelines without hassle
6. Takes initiative to stay tuned with current trends of design in eLearning 
7. Adds new skills regularly by learning new tools or technologies in eLearning
