Proposal Lead (HS_Proposal Lead)


Roles and Responsibilities for Proposal Tech Lead Position at HS

  1. Overall 7+ years of web application development experience.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise/highly scalable client server web and mobility applications.
  3. It would be essential that the candidate should have worked for at least 5 to 6 projects on different technologies.
  4. Needs to have hands on programming experience on languages such as react, python, JavaScript, Java or C# with a strong knowledge of Databases (both RDBMS and NoSQL) however needs to have technology stack agnostic mindset and is expected to be able to perform research on different technologies in short span of time.
  5. Needs to understand and translate the business requirements into a detailed technical solution along with recommending right technology stack.
  6. Must have experience – performing effort estimation for various components and features for a given application.
  7. Needs to be a good team player. Should be able to coordinate well with technical experts and architects to arrive at solutioning and estimations.
  8. Must have extensively worked on at-least one of the cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure. Knowledge of cloud patterns and best practice principles is essential.
  9. Knowledge of Microservices, Message Queuing is required.
  10. Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices is an added advantage.


Other Criteria

  • BE or MCS, MSC, MCM, MCA, E&TC preferably in computers.
  • Cloud Certification from AWS/GCP/Azure will be preferred.
