Position- Senior Instructional Designer

Experience- 5 to 7 Years

Job Location- Pune

Mode of Employment- Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities :

* Creating instructional approaches and storyboards for projects
* Scripting demos and prototypes for projects at kick off
* Conducting storyboard reviews and mentoring team members
* Interacting with design and production teams to ensure quality of deliverables
* Working with project managers to ensure timely project deliverables
* Managing teams of instructional designers on projects
* Conducting training sessions for the ID team
* Contributing towards managing team morale
* Suggesting improvements for processes within the instructional design phase
* Working with sales teams, project managers and account managers to create effective instructional design approaches for client proposals
* Working onsite/offsite to analyze client requirements on projects
* Have knowledge of industry standards, such as AICC, SCORM & 503.
* Have good knowledge of Instructional Design and Story boarding. This includes ability to research, analyze, design, develop, customize instructional materials for WBT/CBT/ILT
